About The Therapist
Dr. Nadia Lynn is an occupational therapist who takes immense joy in working with individuals of all ages — from children to older adults. Inspired by her younger brother, who experienced sensory processing and fine motor challenges as a child, Nadia values building upon each individual’s unique strengths to promote independence and quality of life.
Nadia earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Her clinical training began with pediatrics, focusing on sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, and motor delays. She has provided feeding therapy to help children expand food choices, and has used evidence-based approaches such as Handwriting Without Tears for fine motor and writing skills, DIRFloortime to foster meaningful parent-child connections, and the Zones of Regulation framework to support emotional regulation. In addition to pediatrics, Nadia’s work extends to adults and seniors, where she supports clients with low vision, fall prevention, home safety, and aging-in-place strategies. Through her diverse experience, she brings a strong foundation in therapeutic practice, lifelong learning, and family-centered care. Nadia is deeply committed to empowering children and adults to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
We provide services at our in-home clinic, through telehealth, or at any location that best fits the needs of our clients.
